The Course tells us that the world is a false perception. It is the proverbial wool of separation, pulled down over the sight of the Son of God… The phantasmagorical form and content of personage.
The me and you and other are given life and value, separate and alone. It is this treasured valuing that perpetuates its continued existence.
No thing exists in this world but answers to the thought that fathered it.
And only through total surrender of everything we thought we knew, can we see behind the curtain to the truth within…
Forgiveness is the methodology given us by which this is not only possible but inevitable. When the thought of separation is changed to one of true forgiveness, we perceive an entirely different, world.
This is God’s plan for Salvation; the restoration of Mind, the truth of what we are through healing the amnesiac mind, one forgiveness opportunity at a time. Every moment is a chance to see another as oneself… to see that another’s interest is no different than one’s own… each chance to lend a hand rather than a judgment, to restore to peace above all else…
Okay now, as ominously indicative as this appears, it is not at all just theory. Haven’t we all consistently experienced this very dimension slide, every time we truly change our minds and forgive? You’ve noticed this dynamic at play, even in your very own life, right?
Regardless of where we might be on our so-called ‘spiritual journey’; we’ve all experienced this, yes? This is the Atonement principle in play here. It has been done. ~Our mission, as we choose to accept it, is to do our part; fulfill our function of forgiveness and be happy… In this holy instant is salvation come.
After all, at the end of the day, as in the beginning, God’s Will for us and our true Will alike, is perfect happiness… I join you here ~ now!
