“God goes with me wherever I go…”
Indeed, God is the Real in everything that does go with us. God is; present and accountable…
Everything that we seem to see and experience is but the past thought of separation; the vein imagining of “not–God”. The Holy Spirit gently brings the correction to mind, again and again for review and to be forgiven with the Mind we share with God, till acceptance is complete.
The lesson is so practical, so simple, and so available… Let us undertake the exercise the lesson offers, now, together, believing God goes with us to the sureness of our experience in Him… Sinking deep beneath the familiar thoughts we identify with and sink back, within…
“The truth is hidden deep within, under a heavy cloud of insane thoughts, dense and obscuring, yet representing all you see. Attempt to get past this dark and heavy cloud, and to go through it to the light beyond. Make no effort to think of anything. Try, instead, to get a sense of turning inward, past all the idle thoughts of the world. Try to enter very deeply into your own mind, keeping it clear of any thoughts that might divert your attention. Most of all, try to sink down and inward, away from the world and all the foolish thoughts of the world. You are trying to reach past all these things. You are trying to leave appearances and approach reality.”

What power this practice offers … I have used it so very often when I have been in need of reality…. I can’t begin to express the value it has been for me in my life~ Turning back within the mind, away from the imagined to the experience of the truth ~ the experience of God~
The frequent application of today’s simple practice literally transitions the mind back to truth… It is impossible to measure the exponential value it has on the healing of the world… But more immediately, the sense of deep contentment it offers now!
From this state of peace, it’s hard to believe we resist practice and even forget it is always available.
But resist and forget we do… that is the nature of the beast we call our lives. Yet, or perhaps better yet, the resistance fades with practice and the little willingness necessary to remember, continually attempting to make contact with God within.
We do what is suggested. And the miracle does what it does, our frequency speeds up to the light we hold, and we feel the transformative awareness more powerfully with each time.
The best part?
Out of suiting up and showing up just as instructed, a new habit is born~ that of remembering God ~replacing the habit of forgetting and denying God. Yeah!
This ‘habit’ eventually becomes more natural than…well, whatever was before...
My experience with this reminds me of a passage in the Manual for Teachers: ”The body’s eye’s will continue to see differences. But the mind will no longer acknowledge them… (M-8.6: 1-2) I invite you to read this section (M-8.6) in compliment with today lesson,
~ We are joined in purpose, you and I ~ together always, already in God… ~Let us now, this instant, sink down in the mind ~ zeroing in on the still point of light at the center of Mind~ allowing it to dissolve the me and us and I into the recognition of Christ within, and all around~ the holy extension of God/love…forever changing our sight to vision.
As we broach the day, may we see only the light behind the shadowy figures in an ancient dream…Lit up by the Love within~ GOD GOES WITH US WHERE WE GO…
From this yummy space, it’s not so hard to trust… to believe that everything works together for good. We can go about our seeming day in the surety that God is with us…as us…~and goes with us wherever we go…
